Returning a Product

If you would like to return a product, simply reach out to our Customer Service team by the close of business the day after you receive your order. You can directly call on WhatsApp or email us at support@primebeauty.pk. Please note that we won’t be able to process refunds for change-of-mind requests made after this time.

Products must be returned within 5 days of purchase. It should be in its original condition – unopened, undamaged, and unused. Otherwise, we will not claim your return.

In the rare event you experience a reaction to one of our products, we’re here to help. You can opt for an exchange or a refund, but please notify us by close of business the day after receipt via email (support@primebeauty.pk).
